March 23 Presentation by Maholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in South Africa
Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre was established in 1991 and has worked with countless species including all the big cats, honey badgers, pangolins, white rhino, and many species of birds. It is hard to find a specie that hasn’t come through their doors. As a rehabilitation center, Maholoholo takes in any injured, orphaned or poisoned wildlife and works closely with farmers and landowners to ensure that no animal becomes a ‘problem’. The center has created good relationships with them and opened their eyes to see that humane trapping and relocation of potentially dangerous animals is most definitely the better option.
In order to accommodate the time change, we will be meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Zoom. If you would like to attend, contact us at https://www.edmondsrotary.com/contact for a Zoom invitation/ID.
